Mint fish tikka


FISH TIKKA





500 gm fish
1 cup mint
1 cup coriander leaves
5 green chili
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chat masala
3 lemon
onions for salad
salt
oil/butter

  • Make a fine paste of mint,coriander and green chili.
  • Add salt, garam masala and ginger garlic paste and mix well
  • Make a cut in to fish tikka and rub salt and one lemon juice .Put aside for 1/2 an hr
  • Add the paste into fish , mix well and marinate for 1 hr.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a grilling  pan ,thread fish pieces onto skewers and grill till it is cooked
  • Serve hot with onion salad and lemon wedges...sprinkle chat masla
