Orange Syllabub





600 ml natural yogurt
6 tbsp skimmed milk powder
4 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp orange rind
4 tbsp orange juice
2 egg white
fresh orange zest to decorate


  • Remove the skin of the orange .Then cut the segments, removing the zest and membrane between  each one. Divide the orange segments between 4 dessert glasses then chill.


  • In a bowl combine yogurt, orange rind, sugar, milk powder and juice. Cover and chill for one hour.
  • whisk the egg whites until stiff then fold into the yogurt mixture. Pile on to the orange slices and chill for an hour, Decorate with fresh orange ring.
