Moringa a power pack plant,  getting popular for its highly nutritious  profile. It is used as a traditional remedy for many ailments. it contains vitamin A,C and E: calcium ,potassium and protein. It fights inflammation Moringa reduces inflammation by suppressing inflammatory enzymes and proteins in the body . It supports brain health and  it enhance wound healing.Good to treat obesity.


There are different ways to use Moringa. Not only the leaf but also you can use its pods,flowers bark etc..that is why this tree is so called" Miracle tree"!Mother natures gift!.

Healthy Drink

There are many ways ,but I stick on one method

Moringa leaf -2 strands*
Lime -half
Honey - to taste
Water - 1 1/2 cup

Blend  moringa leaf and lime juice in a grinder. Boil water- let it cool for 10 minutes add the mix and honey, drink this in empty stomach.Let me say ;its a power full drink for obesity, reducing blood pressure and arthritis.

*Those are using powder use according to the taste and rest ingredients are as same.


Healthy Breakfast

Moringa leaf/flower  4 strands

Egg -2 to 3
Coconut - grated 1/2 a cup
green chili- 1
onion- one
oil -1 tsp

Clean moringa leafs and drain. Heat a pan, add some oil. once its hot add onions and green chili. saute it until soft add moringa leaf and salt cover it for 2 minutes in low heat.  beat egg (you can add pepper)now add coconut in to the pan saute for another two minutes,now you can add egg. Scramble until done. serve with brown bread and orange jucie.


Healthy Soup

Moringa - 1 cup
Lentils - 2 tbs
ginger/garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Spring oinion-2 strands
Onion- 1/2
Butter - to saut
fresh cream
crushed pepper 


In a pressure cooker add some water, moringa leafs and lentils cook  it for 5 minutes (1-2 steam). Heat a saucepan add butter onions and ginger/garlic paste.saute until onion is soft add the boiled mixture let it boil for one minute, season with crushed pepper, spring onion and fresh cream or butter.. it is very healthy and good for small kids and  aged parents.
