CHICKEN STRIPS
Light "N" Spicy Crumbled Chicken
Ingredients
900 gms of chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup plain flour
2 egg whites, beaten lightly
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
Toss chicken in flour, shake excess flour. Coat chicken in egg then in combined bread crumbs, salt and pepper. refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes. Fry in hot oil until cooked..Serve with sauce and fries.
