Toffee Honey Almond
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 table spoon honey
2 tea spoon water
1 cup almond toasted
1/2 cup peanut *
Combine sugar, honey and water in a pan stir over heat without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil, boil uncovered without stirring until mixture is golden brown. Add nuts stir gently until coated with toffee. quickly pout mixture into tray covered lightly greased foil separate nuts quickly using 2 greased forks, cool. Store in a airtight container
* you can add dried raisins,berry etc
