BEETROOT CUTLET




Health benefits of beetroot are its an excellent source of folic acid and a very good source of fiber,manganese and potassium..Its low in fat and packed with powerful antioxidants.




!!!!!!!This is my version recipe...I hope you'll enjoy this!!!!!!

Ingredients
  1. Beetroot-2
  2. Potato-3
  3. Onion-1
  4. Green chili  -1(can avoid)
  5. Gram masala-to taste
  6. Red chili powder-1/4 tsp*
  7. Pepper-1/4*
  8. Coriander leaf-1 cup
  9. Mint leaf-1/2 cup
  10. Ginger garlic paste - to taste
  11. Bread crumbs
  12. Egg white-2 or more if required
  13. Oil
Method

Boil beetroot and potatos in a pressure cooker.mash beet and potato separately. cut onion, green chili, coriander leaf and mint leaf. You can add ginger garlic paste according to your taste. Heat kadai add some oil add onion, ginger garlic paste and green chili. Once onion turns pink in colour add coriander leaf and  mint leaf, saute for 1 minute add some salt (to taste) add red chili,gram masala and pepper in to the kadai blend...tast the salt if need add more.Now you can add mashed beetroot saute for 2 to 3 minutes till  its almost dry...let it cool. mix mashed potatos into the mixture blend with your hand you can add some bread crumbs to mixture as well. make a flat ball, dip in egg white and bread crumbs,heat kadai pour oil once its hot fry the cutlet in medium to low heat....Crispy Yummy Cutlets are ready for your Kids..Enjoy with tomato ketchup and salads..Your kids will love this spiderman cutlet
