NANKHATAI BISCUIT




Cardamom Flavored 

It is a  simple and easy version of nankhatai. 


1 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup ghee*
a pinch salt
3 tbs chopped cashew
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
*You can  add 1/4 cup ghee and 1/4 cup oil as well (optional)

Sift cardamon powder,salt, flour  and baking soda. Mix sugar and ghee in a bowl till its fluffy,now add flour  mixture kneed gradually ,add chopped cashews into it. Make 15 to 20  small flat bowl, preheat oven 200 degree. Cooking time 15 to 20 minutes.
