Fish Pappas


Semi fried fish in coconut milk

Ingredients

1.     Seer fish   1kg
2.     Turmeric  1tsp
        Chilli powder  2tbsp
        Pepper powder  1tsp
        salt to taste
3.     Ginger   2 tbsp
4.     Garlic    2tbsp
5.     Green chilli   4 (according to your spice            level)
6.     Onion       1big
7.     Tomato     2
8.     Fenugreek     1/2tsp
9.     Corriander powder   4tbsp
10.   Chilli powder    1 tbsp
11.   Curry leaf           2 strand's
12.   Coconut oil         1/2 cup
13.    Viniger               2 tsp
14.    Salt  to taste
15.   Coconut milk thick   1 cup(1st extract)
        Thin milk 2 cups (2nd and 3rd extract)

Method

Marinate the sliced fish with 2nd ingredients for half an hour.

Heat the oil in a pan fry the fish until slight brown not fully cooked.

To the same oil add fenugreek , onion , ginger , garlic and green chilli. Saute until it's soft , add corriander powder and chilli powder saute for 1 mnt add tomatoes stir and add thin coconut milk once it start boiling add the semi fried fish and cook for 5 minutes or till the gravy thickens . Simmer the fire and add the thick coconut milk add viniger and remove  from the fire add curry leaf.
