Kadahi Paneer



Ingredients

Paneer                               200 gm
capsicum                           200 gm
Tomatoes                          200 gm (pureed)
Onions                              1 cup chopped
Finger garlic paste          1 tbsp
Cream                              1 cup
Tomato                             1 cut
Red chilli powder            1/2 tsp
Cloves                              4
Green chillies                  6
Oil                                   2 tbsp
Jeera                               1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves




  • Cut paneer into big pieces
  • Cut capsicum length wise
  • Heat oil in a kadahi add onions and cook for 5 minute
  • Add tomatoes paste to it stir for 5 minutes, mix half of the cream
  • Now put salt red chilli powder and capsicum, cook for another 2 minutes and add jeera and cloves
  • Mix the paneer pieces and cook for 2 minutes. add tomato pieces remove from heat.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and cream..Serve hot.
