Skewered Chicken Kebabs






4 chicken breast boneless
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/4 cup of yogurt
1 lemon
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander 
oil for brushing 
salt and pepper 


Cut chicken in to 2.5 cm/1 inch  pieces.  Add ground coriander, lemon juice,salt and pepper to taste and 4 table spoon of yogurt into the chicken and mix well until thoroughly combined.Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs or overnight. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers. Brush the rack with oil and grill till chicken is cooked (approximately 15 minutes).

To make lemon yogurt dip, peel and finely chop the lemon. Stir the lemon into yogurt together with chopped coriander. Refrigerate until required.

Serve chicken kebab with fresh salads and yogurt dip
